Our market analysis, financing strategies, and procurement support are enabling the City to transform its downtown core.
HR&A advised the Bronx Chamber of Commerce to facilitate a collaborative economic development strategy among 15 major Bronx employers and institutions. Our comprehensive support spans organizational development, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, program design, and federal grant compliance, advancing the mission of universal internet access throughout the state.
HR&A advised The Trust for Public Land (TPL) on two strategic research initiatives that strengthened cities' abilities to leverage parks for economic development. The research illuminated the economic value of quality open spaces in five different U.S. cities and provided parks departments with implementable regulatory frameworks to secure development-driven funding, ultimately enhancing TPL's advocacy toolkit for municipal partners nationwide.
