Biography

As a Principal at HR&A Advisors, Landry leads the strategy and execution of complex real estate and infrastructure initiatives that deliver on community goals.  Her work is guided by a commitment to supporting diverse, mixed-use neighborhoods; improving transit and walkability; and helping government agencies innovate to meet evolving challenges.

Based in Los Angeles, Landry is committed to strengthening neighborhoods throughout Southern California. Her work has included leading strategy and implementation for LA County’s Community Broadband Network, a $65 million public-private partnership to deploy affordable, high-speed internet to more than 250,000 households; supporting the newly formed Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA) by shaping its expenditure and regional coordination plans to guide more than $300 million in annual affordable housing investments; and advising the City of Thousand Oaks on a financing and partnership strategy to redevelop its Downtown and Civic Arts Plaza.

Across the country, Landry has supported clients on strategic planning and real estate initiatives— guiding interdisciplinary teams to understand market dynamics, assess community needs, and creatively advance delivery through financing, procurement, and operations.
