 Janine provides strategic direction, project management, and analytical support to projects ranging from digital equity to inclusive cities initiatives to executive transitions.

Biography

As a Senior Analyst based in Austin, TX, Janine has written digital equity plans, provided advice and guidance for states to draw down millions of federal dollars, planned robust, equitable community engagements to inform and influence political and policy priorities, and supported executive transitions that help newly elected leaders deliver on community priorities starting day one.

Janine brings her extensive background in public policy and politics, experience building relationships and partnerships to drive influence, and executive management to her projects. Before joining HR&A, Janine led Indeed’s criminal record-clearing efforts as part of their Social Impact team. She also served as the Director of Community Engagement for Austin Mayor Steve Adler, focusing on developing and delivering equitable strategic initiatives and policies.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona.
