Anna’s work spans a wide range of housing affordability initiatives. She has supported jurisdictions across the country such as Los Angeles County, Fairfax County, Stamford, CT, and Bellevue, WA in developing and implementing affordable housing strategies, conducting housing needs assessments, and designing innovative financing tools. She also led the development of digital housing data platforms for Wake County, NC, and the State of Michigan, making critical housing data more accessible to stakeholders.

Biography

Anna has also contributed to economic development and anti-displacement strategies, including the South San Francisco Anti-Displacement Roadmap and the Downtown Revitalization Initiative in Troy, NY. Her work often integrates community engagement, policy analysis, and financial modeling to support inclusive growth.

In the climate and energy space, Anna supports the U.S. Department of Energy’s Buildings Upgrade Prize through the R2E2 coalition, helping scale equitable building retrofits in low- and moderate-income communities. She also contributes to local climate justice efforts, such as the San Francisco Climate Equity Hub, which supports electrification and workforce development in historically marginalized neighborhoods.

Prior to joining HR&A, Anna coordinated employment and education programs at Capital Clubhouse, a nonprofit supporting DC residents with mental illness. She has experience in the corporate citizenship space and impact investing strategies through past internships.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University. She is proficient in Spanish and brings a strong commitment to equity and systems change to all her work.
