Lawrenceville, Georgia Rowen Knowledge Community HR&A Advisors serves as the retained executive team for the Rowen Foundation, orchestrating the creation of a 2,000-acre innovation community in the Atlanta Metro Region that will connect research, education, and industry across agriculture, medicine, and environmental science. As the operational leadership for this transformative project, HR&A directs all aspects of development including real estate strategy, foundation operations, tenant attraction, board governance, and public-private partnerships spanning Georgia's higher education institutions and government entities.

Atlanta, Georgia Atlanta Beltline Commercial Affordability Strategy HR&A positioned the Atlanta Beltline to achieve inclusive economic development through a commercial affordability strategy protecting small businesses and businesses of color. Working with Atlanta Beltline, Inc. and the Atlanta Wealth Building Initiative, our stakeholder engagement and data analysis produced actionable recommendations to preserve affordable commercial space amid the corridor's transformation.

Atlanta, Georgia Housing as a Pathway to Justice: Landscape Analysis of the City of Atlanta Disrupting the cycle between homelessness and criminal legal system involvement starts with improving access to housing. HR&A conducted research for Enterprise Community Partners Southeast's Housing as a Pathway to Justice effort in Atlanta, mapping seven critical inflection points and recommending strategies for Enterprise to leverage its position as developer, convener, and policy expert.

Project Location New Orleans BioDistrict Strategic Plan HR&A developed a comprehensive strategic plan for BioDistrict New Orleans, leading a team of specialized local firms to create a framework for inclusive innovation district growth. Atlanta, Georgia Georgia Tech’s Technology Enterprise Park Feasibility Study, Atlanta, GA HR&A developed a comprehensive strategic plan for Georgia Institute of Technology to strengthen Tech Square's position as a globally competitive innovation district. Through visioning and strategic planning, HR&A delivered recommendations that directly informed the design of a new 420,000 square foot anchor building, established a framework for enhanced district governance, and created a roadmap for leveraging the district's diverse talent pipeline to cement Georgia Tech's role as a global convener of innovators.
