What is the HR&A Internship Program?

The program is open to current students and early-career professionals who are passionate about urban development, policy, real estate, and economic analysis.

What kind of mentorship and professional development will I receive?

Interns are integrated into our project teams and benefit receive guidance from experienced professionals. You’ll have access to training, coaching, and mentorship to support your growth and success.

Is the internship paid?

Yes, this is a paid opportunity.

Can this internship lead to a full-time position?

Many of our full-time team members began their careers as Interns, making this program an excellent entry point for those interested in long-term opportunities at HR&A. Additionally, we off two tracks for our internship program — one of which is designed to be eligible for full-time hire upon completion of the internship.

Where is the internship located?

Interns are based in one of HR&A’s offices, and they may include opportunities for travel to project sites.
