Before joining HR&A, Alex gained diverse experience at a VC-backed startup, where he advanced through multiple roles in Customer Experience and People + Culture. As the Manager of People & Culture, he led employee events, managed hiring and recruiting, and collaborated with internal teams to improve policies and onboarding and offboarding workflows. Earlier roles involved redesigning training for the team he supervised while creating scalable processes to support company growth.

Alex also completed a Software Engineering Fellowship at Flatiron School, where he developed skills in full-stack development, including JavaScript, React, Python, SQL and Flask. He continues to think of ways to integrate technical skills into his HR work.

As a graduate of Arcadia University with a degree in Corporate and Video Communications and a minor in Spanish, Alex brings a well-rounded perspective to his work.
